Hey, I just started working out again too! I think in terms of motivation, once you start feeling good you just want to keep doing it. And if you start slacking, you definitely start feeling shitty again and that alone is motivation enough to get off your butt and work out again.
One of my friends just started running in the past few months, and her motivation is to work up to running a marathon. She just ran her first 5k and is even more stoked about doing the next race.
For me, flexibility is the big goal that I'm working toward. I just started doing yoga again, so my motivation is getting myself to stop feeling like a creaky old lady (at 25...).
Also, sites like SparkPeople.com are awesome for motivation...
