now im stuck for the next 6 days and im afraid its going to be weird. it was going great before and now i think im fucked. man, i wish i would have taken more time.
so at this point is it a lost cause? should i apoligize or dont say anything? anything i can salvage here?

You read wrong. It's no big deal.
Own up to your mistake (to yourself) and forget about it. The more you act as if you are embarrassed that she rejected you, the more weird things will get.
And what was up with you asking her if she wanted you to stay? At that moment you should have got up, played it off and had a nice cup of coffee. That would have cleared the air or at least given you more of an idea about her intentions.
Maybe she wanted to find out where the rest of the family was so that you and her could definitely have some uninterrupted time together.

Besides, she is one girl out of how many? If you can't handle it, move on kid...Move on. You aren't trying to win a wife here.
And please don't get all serious on her trying to talk about it either. You'll definitely scare her away then.
