there are blood tests. has been for many years and they are used at the olympics. the first use was 2004. players unions are the ones throwing up roadblocks to testing in pro sports. it has nothing to do with "the lack of available tests"
the article you are quoting is about developing a urine test... not "a test" in general.
and i wasn't saying a person is tall because of natural HGH... i was saying it was an ironic argument because they can certainly be linked. early high production causing greater than usual growth spurts.
