Yet another crazy incident in my neighborhood. I pass that gun range all the time. it's getting pretty depressing with stuff like this, planes flying into houses, Casey Anthony, Mom pressure washing her kid at the car wash and it just goes on and on. Add to that all the crime and it's getting to the point where whenever I go out I have to size up EVERY person around me for potential trouble

On the local news the gun range owner explained that everyone fills out a form before using the range and on the form is a box to state whether that person has a history of mental illness. The woman left the box unchecked.
That was all the range owner had to do under the law and won't be found libel. The only way she could have been stopped is if there were some data base that listed everyone with a history of mental illness much like the one for sex offenders and the Range owner had access to such data but that is not the case.
