Nope no product placements but how she works the budget and gets as much as she can for pretty little money actually considering how many kids they feed. Most of it was about planning a shopping strategy and becoming the master of rain checks.
Having been through fertility treatment myself, you are always told about the possibility of multiples but that doesn't mean it will happen. Hell, I didn't even get pregnant with one.
Also..don't we work from home? So what if they do. I am hardly an expert on the show but from what I have seen she was a nurse and with that many kids she decided to stay at home. If she didn't then just as many people would slam her for not spending the right amount of time with their kids.
Again..I haven't seen a ton of the show but what I have seen I haven't had a problem with at all.
