The guy that called the police was on the news tho.. talking about how suspicious he looked leaving the convenience store.. He was just a impatient driver in a rush..
The girl was raped in the area not the store.
They had lots of proof he had nothing to do with the rape.
The victims didn't point him out of pictures, they tested his blood/dna/sperm didn't match.
and he had witnesses as to where he was.
But he still had to go through all the bullshit of a real trial.
I spent time with him for a year during his house arrest but I ended up cutting him off and so I don't know where everything ended up.
Apparently the police and crown (??) were determined to pin him with all of the charges and look like heros. Whether it was him or not.

No but I mean after he was acquited... This type of story needs to hit the news.. This makes the criminal justice system look criminal indeed and Soviet inspired... In what country did that happen btw?
