and yes, you're right .. i thought it was ok, but i don't know shit. I shopped the design to everyone in my company and they all rejected it, almost with 100% agreement, that it did not conform to the specs I sent you (web 2.0 simple style), and that it was not the right color scheme and layout for the site.
As for you redesigning it, well, you've either got the skillz or you don't. I know your speciality is adult and this was supposed to be a web 2.0 dating site, so maybe it's just not in your repertoire to design this kind of site. I'll post screenshots of the new design once it's finished, and you can see what i mean.

SOME FACTS AND AN ADVICE
fact: you agreed for some work and you agreed a price
fact: you said you loved it, which means you were happy with the work
fact: you didn't pay
fact: I bet neither you nor any person in the world can define web 2.0 design since web 2.0 is about programming (doh!). Google is web2.0. The New York Times is web2.0. I defy you to find a single thing that looks similar, other than the white background
fact: I bet you didn't ask Zuzana if she's able to read minds, and if so, I assume that feature wasn't included in the price
fact: If you paid too much or if the company wasn't the right choice is your problem, not the other company's problem
fact: after not paying someone who did a work which you agreed to, and even further, YOU LOVED IT, you come crying because a company flagged you because of suspicious activities. And yet they're paying you.
fact: what you're doing is the basic con artist procedure
an advice: if you're so pimp, $500 is just spare change, just pay it and save face. Then MAYBE someone will take you seriously instead of everyone laughing at you
