I know the Quebec government is trying to attract as many online companies as possible, they're offering good breaks (portions of salaries/rent ) money to internet companies. I don't know about the other provinces. Yes, Montreal is in Quebec.

English province? We're bilingual - most online companies are Anglophone - they could 'suggest' you take a french course but they want computer savvy people first, you could learn the language as you go.

One of the companies I work for is sharing offices - the other company had 70% of their employees that are from Iceland, I'm sure none speak a word of french. :-)
