the fact is the repair isn't the easiest thing in the world, although I taught my wife how to disassemble them to the point where I can just flip over the mobo and pull off the Xclamps. The screws/washers are a weird enough size that I'm having trouble keeping them in stock around here! Tonights long night of work chewed through all of my surplus! I have amazon prime and ordered a bunch of screws that won't be here till tuesday so I'm shut down till then as far as repairs go so I guess I'll just have to focus on moving units for now.

both cheesehead and pan head. spent some time searching but didn't really find any others that would work and are eligible for prime 2 day free shipping. I might just have to order a bunch from some other sources and just wait for them to come in.
