I've bought some locally for as little as $10! power brick, cables too.... Most I'll pay for a dead system is $35 and I'll toss in extra for cables but I always lowball the shit out of people at first. the $10 systems + 45 minutes of work then a quick profit
The best con is the "trade-in" where I give them like $20 for their system only and then get another $60 out of them for the console I repaired...
I've been working things out with some small gamestop wannabe stores and getting a bunch from those places.
