Actually I'm rarely the sort to complain at all. I am just not willing to hear any more fiction about this. If they need the money so badly they can keep it. My gift to their charity.
Just a tip to the various billers...If there is a problem come clean right up front. If no one is going to be paid for 90 days tell us. Don't keep giving out endless "check in the mail" or "your address info is incorrect" excuses. Everyone knows these are tough times and can accept some problems. Don't make it worse with excuses.
As far as collection percentages that depends on the total amounts. At the very least I can get someone there to do a demand in person, and maybe pick up some checks.
