I was going to ask Jay but noticed he's offline so,

How does this work:

I noticed in the plans section some info which seems to be cut-off points:

Tier 1: $50.000 <------------
Tier 2: 5%
Tier 3: 1%

Is this per period?

Also how many free joins do you have to send in order to get the higher volume per sign-up on free joins?
