what's your opinion on directory structure and subpages?
domain.com/your-keyphrase/ or...
domain.com/your-keyphrase.html or...
domain.com/your-keyphrase/your-keyphrase.html
also do you find and weight given to specific page file extensions? does *.html outrank *.php or *.asp?
