Increased length:

- Cut the tissue that connects your cock to the pelvic bone I guess its called .. so that more of whats held inside all of the sudden hangs outside... the problem is that ur cock will no longer get erected in the right position as it is not attached to the bone anymore... ... dats fucked up in my book....
