you "can't believe it" and that's exactly why these people keep rising up and threatening the world. Clinton was very close to bombing them in the 90's. the entire world has tried to help them and their only response is "fuck you, send us food and money or we'll consider it an act of war". the UN, US, China, Russia, Japan etc has tried to work with them for almost 2 decades to stop them from starting a nuclear weapons program, they've broken agreement after agreement and do absolutely nothing but threaten the world. before people start the BS about a missiles range... you might consider that one of this countries main sources of hard currency is weapons exports and they don't give a shit who gets them.
