thats like comparing soda to cocaine. You cannot die or even get critically sick from smoking pot, yet you can die if you take 10 asprins. You are right about kids having it easier to get pot because its not regulated like alchohol. Prohibition also causes pot to become a gateway because people are exposed to a drug dealer instead of say walgreens or a 7 eleven. Pot is not addictive so it cannot be a gateway drug in that sense.
