you can get a generic Netti Pot at any Walgreens or Whole Foods. Just make sure to use purified water that is warm, but not hot. Easiest is to put a bottle of water in the microwave for 45 - 60 sec mix the salt in it and test to see if its not too hot. You'll never have problems with allergies.
