i just ate a handful/mouthful of blackberry right off the vine growing razy in my backyard, for the past few weeks can just wake up, go outside and pick fresh organic berry and eat a handful.
tons of anti-oxidants and no pesticides!
i love berries, and eat fruit and berry daily.
