I have a whole dvd in vegas video. I want to render it in .wmv format and have it normal size. What settings do I choose when I render it, just so its normal sized and renders reasonably fast?

Last time I did it it rendered it in all full screen, so even at 50% it was still full size, and it took literally 10 hours, so its too high quality, i just want it basic so its small and fast.
thanks for any suggestions. Im lost on this software
