Rage just fills the wide gap the other half left when it was over.
I always felt that everyone that has walked through my path had a special meaning - whether I despised them afterwards or not, everything happens for a reason. Understanding why things played out the way they did and where it 'went wrong' or what was fantastic about it, will usually allow you to make peace with the outcome and helps you recognize history repeating itself or missed opportunities and make you change your gameplan accordingly.

BTW, keep the power and drive of the 'rage' and just lose the anger and everything works out for the best.
