ok I have to ask because I have looked at and used almost all the sites listed here and make a point to just surf and see whats out/new on the net ..

If you are not looking at these sites (even just for a 1 time test run). How do you stay up on current trends and users wants/needs?
Also how do you stay current with new market and marketing trends...
