Yes my understanding is he could have been out by now but a judge has held him in contempt for quite awhile. I don't think he'll ever get out unless he gets a pardon because he won't give them what they want. I've never heard of him before, but according to wiki/nytimes, it looks like he'll get out in a few years. He was sentenced to 5 years in prison in 2007 after already spending 7 years in jail without a trial for contempt of court.
