Talking on the phone is being a man? Show up to a fucking conference...
I fail to see why talking over the phone is being any more of a man than posting on the net.
Remember, you're the one hiding behind noone knowing what he looks like... Not me.
Be a man, post a pic, and show up to a conference. =)
