I'm quitting drinking for the next three months

I made a bet with a friend of mine, who'll make more progress in the gym during the next three months.

I have a plan for training and what to eat that I put together myself because I used to workout in the past.

No heavy weights (not even capable of that heavy weights anymore) - I'm gonna eat 5 small meals a day, mainly proteins and vegetables and shit (I hate it and it's just two days now) .

I'm gonna lift smaller weights, like at 60 pct. of the max, and everythig slow with full tension - like 12 - 15 x per series.

Hitting the gym on Friday evening, Sunday evening and Monday evening with enough time for recovery over the week time, when I need to mainly work.

Plus 90 minutes of soccer over the weekend every two weeks and some faggy running in the odd weeks when I won't be playing.

I'm planning to loose like at least 1 - 1,5 inches in the waist during these 3 months, get the right pct. of the body fat back in place and form the rest a bit - I want to look like Mel Gibson in 1987.

My bud is doing the contest in the Muscle and Fitness magazine, so he's taking the "before" pics on the 23rd of March, then he will take the "after" pics in June, he'll take mine too, but not, I'm really not gonna compete in the magazine nor I'm gonna post it here to satisfy someone's gay crush, it's just between us two.

Well, I have three exceptions - this Thursday when Ed from SSearch is coming over and I promised to try to keep up with him before my bet took place, the other problem is I'm planning to hit the Mallorca show in May and the XBIZ Vegas at the start of the June - so I will have at least three serious violations.
