Phil Flash did that with an amazing girl from Europe who visits the US from time to time - she will not shoot for anything less that Phil paid her now. And I know nobody who will pay her that. So Phil has an exclusive girl on his site that I know he has made his investment back many times over - so it was a smart move in her case to pay 4 or 5 times what is industry standard.

Hi Mutt, people here just don't see how it works in favor of the guy who can afford to pay top dollar. You nailed it.
To create a level playing field with models payments you have to convince the high payers that it's in the benefit to pay low. Good luck with that.
Saving a few hundred dollars on a model is not going to help at all. In fact it could harm them.
