I'd say this competition has got you right where they want you. No business is gonna start paying their employees less, because their competition says so. Why? So they can get it in their head to go work for someone else? If these people are paying twice what you pay, and can continue to pay these rates, they are obviously doing something right. Who knows what profit margint hey hold in comparison to your own. Otherwise they'll fizzle away and you'll have your talent coming back at the price you want to pay.
