Of course these chicks are gonna work for whoever makes the most money for them. Apparently you just ain't that guy, and it's pissing you off that your only option to get those girls is too pay more, or cross your fingers and hope they come back accepting your lower offer. If you competition is paying more, is happy with paying more, and is getting you all worked up, upset, and keeping girls that you obviously want out of your reach. I'd say this competition has got you right where they want you. No business is gonna start paying their employees less, because their competition says so. Why? So they can get it in their head to go work for someone else? If these people are paying twice what you pay, and can continue to pay these rates, they are obviously doing something right. Who knows what profit margint hey hold in comparison to your own. Otherwise they'll fizzle away and you'll have your talent coming back at the price you want to pay. In the mean time SUCK IT THE FUCK UP. Show me one industry where there is a set pay rate for employees. There isn't, because employers fucking compete for the employees.
