About to put together a new office in another room... lots of windows, very well lit. The problem I have is if I set my desk up to avoid glare.. then my back is to the door & for some reason that bugs me.

I'd rather have the sun on my back but then i wouldn't be able to work in the glare it creates...

Does anyone here use anything to eliminate glare? Do they really work?
