You can not Download anything - You can stream and watch instantly

I use the "watch instantly" feature and it is great although they don't have a very good selection of new movies. They do however have a great selection of TV shows.

I setup my netflix long ago prior to Roku being available so I have a dedicated computer hooked up to the TV just for Netflix streaming

I should just step up and start using my Xbox 360 so I can watch HD movies
