You are the one who said the National side determines the standard of the league. I kindly point out to you that Brazil and Argentina are - in my opinion - the two best International teams in the world therefore going by your reasoning, Brazillian and Argentinian leagues should be the best in the world. My whole point is that your point was wrong.
Yes Brazil and Argentina are amazing International teams. Their leagues however are not good. EPL teams beat them, Italian teams beat them, Spanish teams beat them.
Get what I mean?

That was one of your reasons for saying the EPL is not the best because the English National team sucked in the previous 4 or 5 competitions.
You do make some valid points in your arguements actually. Italy is full of good players, its just not as good as the Premier League. Too defense minded, too slow, too much cheating (yes there are divers in England as well not as much tho)
Funny how all the Football fans on here all agree that the EPL is the best. You are so biased towards the Italian league tho. Football is a personal opinion tho, you prefer to watch Serie A which is totally fine. Just don't be fooled and think it is better than the EPL.
As for the book you suggest I read, Gianluca Vialli stated in an interview when he was Chelsea Manager that he prefered the EPL to Serie A. I'll try and dig up that article for you. Any decent manager being paid big money should always big up the t eam paying his salary.
