I think the worst thing that can happen right now is if this thread turns into a POLO IS A WANKER thread. It's not going to help anyone.
Ive spoken to him, he knows he owes people money. If he had it to give, im sure we wouldnt be having this discussion. I wouldnt define him as a scammer, just a bit useless sometimes. (i mean that in the nicest possible way polo)
I say cut the guy some slack.. let him clean up his finances. And THEN nail him to the fence if he doesnt pay.
