when will America wake up and realize that States have to stop spending like a drunk whore even in the best of times and start running states like actual businesses that have to stay solvent for the long term.. through good times and bad?????
you can't demand the world from everyone in your own state capital and then be pissed when you get it all and find it all comes with major financial consequences.
