my dad has been fighting lung cancer for 2 years, and against the prognosis is doing really well now after chemo and radiotherapy. he found eating really tough with no desire to eat at all, but you need all the strength you can get. they prescribed some steroids and that got him eating like a horse, that complan stuff (hi protein milk shake mix) is very useful as well if you can't get anything down and has all your minerals and vitamins. good luck, keep positive and i hope all goes well.
