You are to be prevented from arming yourself. Prove that you are. We have had 200 years of precedent that says the government has every right to tell you WHICH arms you can bear. A tank is arms. A nuclear weapon is arms. Can I own those? no. Why not the 2nd Amendment says I have a right to bear ARMS. It says ARMS not guns and tanks and nukes are ARMS.
