Veblox offers free image hosting, free web hosting and 24/7 email and helpdesk support, the homepage is customly designed and all HTML is done on it. - it has around 150 accounts now, had around but alot were lost on my behalf. its running costs are $20, but this is including the iPanel monthly payment, i have a free hosting manager which would cut costs down to $10 if you want it.
