I was thinking about changing it up a bit like you said, and have them first tell us how many hours they can commit to this project (in respect to thier other modeling projects ect) and then having them agree to a certain number of hours in total each week that they will be online. If they dont make that quota each week, first give them a warning, then if it happens again hold pay and if it continually happens the last resort would be to fire them.
Other than that, I have been getting a pretty good response from studio owners wanting to manage several models (and keep them rotating and online every 24 hours)
