I have more work than I have people to do it. I need someone with a good working knowledge of html - enough to make a frameset and a good basic site layout from content and design already provided, and someone with enough common sense and attention to detail to edit templates and organize promotional material. Some prior experience with NATS would be good, if I already know you even better. Please have references if I don't
