Serious question about the Extreme case, the Government and nationalization of banks

So we know they sent the material via the US Postal Service, which is operated by the US government. That is a huge no-no and because it is government owned, they can do this.

The question is, IF the government nationalizes banks, and they probably will have to, won't it also be easy for them to make it illegal to transfer funds for "obscene" material from state to state or account to account? Hell, just to have funds from content they rule as obscene could be illegal?

Think about it. If they can do it for the postal service, they can do it to the banks once they nationalize them.

GFY armchair lawyers discuss.

Max down, Rob Black and company guilty... who's gonna be next?
