Pulling back? It's basically over. It's been dwindling for awhile now. I don't know if Gates is wholly responsible for that but that's when it started.

Either way... I do believe that in five years Iraq will be a much better place than what it would have been in 2014 without a war. Do the ends justify the means? I have no idea.
