I havent come across a plugin to restore the look, I like the new look, I just spent a couple days upgrading over 30 sites of a client of mine that used 2.0.x and 2.1.x and 2.3.x of wordpress and migrating the plugins.
In the long run its worth it, the new dashboard offers so much more
