i feel bad for him and his family and friends - dying before your time is a tragedy.

BUT fuck these idiots who think public streets are acceptable for racing and gross speeding - how many fucking times have I read or seen in the last 5 or so years news stories where innocent people have been killed or seriously injured by these morons - and it is all small cock syndrome.

i'd throw them in jail for 20 years no parole for any serious injury and put them in jail for life where a death occurred because of their actions.
