And yes, its probably going to be expensive. That is one of the problems of producing porn if you are caught. Its also expensive to hire an attorney if you were busted for any crime.

Closer to you than a lawyer in California is JD Odenberger and Reed Lee in Chicago. I am sure there are lawyers in Cincinnati that can help. Flynt has had his own legal problems in there. Let me know if you would like a referral.

I have a relationship with a firm in Kentucky that can pro hoc vice for me in Kentucky if you need help as well.

As for reopening the site, be careful. At this point, until you know more in regards to the investigation I would not recomend it. And as for moving to a different state, you might not be able to leave the state. I do not know what you were charged with and were in the process your prosecution is.

Good luck and let me know if I can assist in anyway.
yes please let me know who tthe firm in Ky. is. so far there are no charges, the warrent was issued for distribution of obcene content. they say they are looking for child porn. and that as long as they don't find any of that then I'll get my stuff back and can move. maybe get a small fine. I don't do any child porn and don't view it at all, so they won't find anything like that. as far as distribution, they raided us the same day as the sight tour going up. the sign-up page wasn't up so there was no distribution.
