That's the stuff I had to buy to get rid of the roaches in a vacation rental on Margarita Island in Venezuela. The place was infested with those small brown roaches.
It looks like peanut butter, right? I put dabs of that anywhere I thought roaches would hang out, especially in crevices and corners.
The owner just tossed some of that boric acid powder under the sink and thought that would do the job. It didn't.
It took me several days of spraying Raid and smearing that poison gel all over the place to get rid of them.
