Dumbass, this war started back in 91 when IRAQ invaded kuwait. We came in and kicked em the fuck out. Since then Saddam has been under UN law to disarm, which he failed to do. Period. There may be underlying reasons bush has and I dont really give a fuck, the fact is he was sposed to do something which he didnt do and is now getting the living shit kicked outta him for it.
