Unfortunately, the declining economy over the last six months combined with an overall decline in the adult affiliate business over the last couple of years have put the company in a position where it cannot recover from a catastrophic systems failure that occurred Friday. This problem will require a substantial cash investment to resolve and given the economic realities of 2009, the company just doesn?t have the ability to invest the cash to resume business.

Here are several important facts you need to know:

1. ALL WEBMASTERS WILL BE PAID IN FULL FOR EARNINGS WE RECEIVE FOR BOTH REVSHARE AND PPS PROGRAMS.

2. If you are using a house domain and want to continue to use that domain, just submit a ?Pull? request through your registrar and I will approve your request giving you control of the domains.

3. For all direct payment sponsor programs like Platinum Bucks, Top Bucks and Silver Cash, you don?t need to do anything to keep using those programs.

4. For all sponsors paid through RevShare Hosting, you may change the sponsor payment information so that it?s payable to you directly and I will approve these changes.

5. Everyone knows through the numerous newsletters and posted policies the importance and need to manually back up all websites, so you should be able to continue your business at a new host. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to assist you in downloading content at this time.

Of course, we never want to end a business this way and I apologize for the inconvenience this is causing you. Trust me I would never put you through this kind of situation willingly, but at this point, there is no other choice. All I can do is ask for your forgiveness and understanding.
