To save everyone time and frustration by calling epass, they have experienced another technical error which means the limits did not reset yesterday as they should have. I spoke to them on the phone and they are "still experiencing the problem" and they hope to have it fixed in the next 24 hours.

So if you are trying to get money out, or transfer it and are having difficulties, that is probably the reason why. The gentleman did say it was a system wide error and not just with select accounts.
