Huh? Been on leopard for ages and it honestly hasn't dropped my wifi connection yet and I daily migrate my MBP between 3 totally different base stations.
What's the router? I migrate between an apple , a 3Com and a d-link without probs.
FWIW, a search on google for "vista dropping wifi connection" brings up many hundreds of thousands of complaints too
