For instance, in hosting, when somebodies looking for a host, you see people recommending mojo, natnet, techie, badmouthing other hosts, etc. 10X more impactful than a gfy banner
Marketing and PR is everything, as much or as valuable as the product and good cost-effective marketers are in very short supply
80%+ of the population doesn?t understand how to effectively manage a business, thus its not as important to be first to market with a business idea, so if a few businesses enter a market around the same time, if you can exploit every opportunity, mitigate the risks, the clients will migrate to their best option, who works for them, who is in front of them when they are trying to make the decision, etc.
