An ak47 is NOT protected under the Constitution - You have no right to the ownership of it, just like you have no right to tank, a bio weapon, a rocket, or a nuke.
Obama is simply putting back in what was taken out of law. He didn't make this law up. He isn't TAKING your gun - he is banning the sale of it.
I'm a gun owner and a Marine - and I 100% support the ban.
