He "needs" to continue to do what "he said he would do" - which "is what he has been doing" - Being so....
He should work to start closing corporate tax holes. Holes you aren't large enough to take advantage of. At that point, he will lower the Corporate tax rate(s).
Personal taxes will require a total change in the tax structure for you to pay less taxes. I don't expect Obama to correct that. And lower personal taxes does NOT start spending - just like tax cuts to big companies (that they did get) does not spark job creation.
